Marginalised communities are deserts of recognition and praise. With little opportunity to volunteer, undertake work experience or access entry level work- Individuals, families and communities may have never had the opportunity to earn professional recognition or praise.
Verifiable professional recognition brings an instant dopamine kick and can change how individuals feel about themselves and their futures, and start- Immediately-to build a more positive future.

Deprived wards in local local authorities that don't have levels of deprivation in general.

Our work has developed out of a partnership between Real Ideas and the RSA to deliver the cities of learning pilot in 2020 and the development of our MVP software was funded by Ufi. We actively seek new partners and collaborators interested in partnering with us to accomplish our mission.
