Social. Impact. Software.
Independent technology solutions for the skills and employment sector.
Who we are
We are a group of employability specialists, educators and technology practitioners who believe technology should make skills and employment systems more effective, accessible and connected.
We help organisations implement practical digital solutions that improve progression, recognition, learner engagement and workforce outcomes.
Our Mission
Improving Skills & Employment Systems Through Better Technology Use
SIS Impact exists to improve the effectiveness of skills and employment ecosystems through better implementation and adoption of technology.
We believe much of the technology needed to improve employability, progression and workforce outcomes already exists, but organisations are often unable to access, implement or use it effectively.
Our mission is to make Skills Tech, Employability Tech and VocTech more accessible, practical and effective for organisations delivering frontline support.
What we do
We implement practical technology solutions that help organisations:
Improve progression and completion
recognise skills and hidden achievement
connect individuals to employers and opportunities
Radical Impact
at a fraction of the cost
We help organisations maximise the value of existing technology before recommending new solutions.
Services
Where We Work
SIS Impact works across the UK, with a range of organisations across the skills and employability ecosystem. We partner with local organisations and national networks to deliver practical technology solutions that drive better outcomes.
Our Partners
Our work has developed out of a partnership between Real Ideas and the RSA to deliver the cities of learning pilot in 2020 and the development of our MVP software was funded by Ufi.
We actively seek new partners and collaborators interested in partnering with us to accomplish our mission.
We also hold a strong relationship with Open Badge Factory who are a market leading Digital Credential Issuing platform.
